As a Clinical Naturopath, I provide comprehensive support for a wide range of health concerns, including (but not limited to): hormonal balance, reproductive health, digestive wellness, and metabolic support.
Whether you're experiencing PMS, perimenopause, irregular cycles, fertility challenges, PCOS, endometriosis, bloating, IBS, chronic fatigue, or struggling with stress, sleep, or weight management, my approach is designed to uncover the root cause and restore balance, helping you feel your best from the inside out.

Step 1: Defining your Health Goals
(Initial Consultation)
In our 90-minute Initial Consultation, we embark on a thorough exploration of your health journey, considering every aspect of your wellbeing from birth to the present. This holistic assessment allows us to create a comprehensive health picture, and understand your health goals. Throughout this process, you'll gain valuable insights and education, so that you can move forward with enthusiasm and confidence.
Step 2: Building the Pillars of Health
(Treatment Plan + Herbal Medicine)
Following our Initial Consultation, you'll receive a personalised Treatment Plan, providing you with practical dietary guidance and advice, and achievable lifestyle modifications. This is a written plan designed to empower you to regain control over your health.
Additionally, you’ll be provided with a one-month supply of customised, prescription-grade Herbal Medicine to help get your body back into balance before we start with more targeted treatment. We'll start with the basics; making sure you're sleeping well, have sufficient energy, and are in a healthy mental state with reduced stress/anxiety, etc.
Step 3: Uncovering the Root Cause
(Comprehensive Testing)
To delve deeper into the origins of your symptoms, we'll arrange for an extensive Pathology Review. Whilst some blood tests can be conducted through your GP, I can facilitate private referrals for a more convenient option, particularly where non-standard blood tests are required. It's important to note that my interpretation of bloods differs from standard GP analyses, focusing on prevention and optimisation with Naturopathic ranges.
Depending on your specific symptoms, advanced Functional Testing may be recommended, including assessments of the gut or vaginal microbiome, hormone and thyroid evaluations, heavy metal screenings, food sensitivity analyses, or genetic testing. These private tests offer a more comprehensive understanding and will be charged at cost price.
Step 4: Targeted Treatment
(Follow-up Consultations + Targeted Herbal Medicine)
A few weeks into your treatment, once test results are available, we’ll reconnect for the first Follow-up Consultation to evaluate your progress. We’ll review your test outcomes and refine your treatment plan, ensuring it continues to align with your evolving health needs. At this stage, your plan will also include recommendations for targeted supplements to address any nutritional deficiencies identified.
To maintain momentum and provide ongoing support, a second Follow-up Consultation will be scheduled a few weeks later. This allows us to track your improvements, fine-tune your protocol, and ensure you’re responding well to treatment.
You’ll also receive a two-month supply of Herbal Medicine, now specifically tailored to address the root causes of your symptoms, guiding your body toward deeper balance and restoration.
Step 5: On-going Support
Your health journey is continuous, and I’m here to provide unwavering support. Feel free to contact me for 10-minute check-ins, either weekly or as needed, to address any questions, celebrate milestones, and keep you motivated. This ongoing partnership ensures you stay on track toward achieving and maintaining optimal health.
Should new or persistent symptoms arise, additional Follow-up Consultations, Testing, or Herbal Medicine adjustments can be arranged.
