You should notice some effects of the herbal medicine pretty quick - usually within 1-3 days. This is because the active compounds in these highly concentrated liquid herbs enter your bloodstream more quickly than capsules or tablets. However for more chronic or longer term health issues, it can take many weeks, sometimes months, for the herbs to restore balance to your body at a deeper level.
