At Inner Bloom Naturopathics, your time and our commitment to providing quality care are paramount. To ensure efficient scheduling and optimal service delivery to all clients, the following cancellation policy is in place:

  1. Deposit: All bookings require a 100% pre-payment at the time of booking.

  2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24-hours before your appointment. I will accommodate your request where possible and transfer your pre-payment to the new appointment booking.

  3. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment altogether, please provide at least 24-hours notice.

  4. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations or reschedules made within 24-hours of your appointment, or failing to attend your appointment, will result in a $50 cancellation fee, unless you have a medical certificate. Unfortunately there cannot be any exceptions to this.

  5. Communication: All cancellations and reschedule requests must be communicated directly to me via email or phone. Failure to provide more than 24-hours notice may result in the $50 cancellation fee.

  6. Refunds: All sales are final. Once pre-payment has been made, no refunds can be issued, including for any unused services. However you can reschedule or transfer your service to someone else.
